Information Update - Nintendo 3DS


1.- Japanese gaming publication Famitsu has posted its readers most wanted games for this year. You’ll notice that there are only two Nintendo related games in the top ten which areDragon Quest X: Rise of the Five Tribes Online and Monster Hunter 4. Dragon Quest X, which was previously number one, has been overtaken by Capcom’s Dragon’s Dogma which is coming out for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Information leaked during this years Toy Fair points towards a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game from Activision. The previous rumour stated that Batman Arkham City developer Rocksteady were behind the video game reboot, but it turns out it will be Activision who have their hands on the lucrative franchise. The publisher has yet to confirm the game, as well as the platforms it will be appearing on.


2.- Nintendo of America has uploaded some fast and frantic new footage of the long-awaitedKid Icarus: Uprising on the Nintendo 3DS. The game is due to release on March 23rd in Europe and North America and comes with a free snazzy Nintendo 3DS stand.

Several key Western voice actors for Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance are reporting that they’re finished doing their parts. Vincent Corazza, who reprises his role as Zexion in Kingdom Hearts 3D has already said he’s wrapped up recording and Jesse David Corti, the voice-actor who played Neku in The World Ends With You, has said he’s “about finished.” Kingdom Hearts 3D comes out March 29th in Japan, and later this year in the West.
