1.- Emily Rogers has shared many “rumors” that are all pretty much confirmed to be fake. And now she’s given it one last go. Don’t believe anything though.
So, here’s what her “sources” tell her about E3…
- There will be over twenty playable Project Café titles on the show floor.
- Pikmin 3 is guaranteed to be there and playable on the new home console.
- Soul Calibur 5 is a launch title.
- Ubisoft is planning three launch titles.
- Nintendo wants to launch with a big first person shooter title.
- Smash Bros. is in development, but by a different team of people.
- Rockstar is working on something for the system, but it might not be at E3.
- There will not be a hard drive.
- Nintendo has improved their online system significantly.
But the problem is, these rumors are all over the place. Some of them are based on other, more reliable sources. Some are super obvious. And then others (like there being over 20 playable titles on the show floor) seem ridiculously optimistic.
Still, judgment day is arriving soon. And we’ll be fully aware of how legitimate any of this information from Emily Rogers truly is. Or at least how good of a guesser she is.
It is worth mentioning though that she promises to “never write an article again” if any of her predictions are wrong. But if her predictions are wrong I’m not sure people will take her seriously as a writer anyways, so I’m not sure it’s that big of statement.
2.- Michael Pachter believes Project Café will launch during April 2012, according to this summary of the latest Bombcast episode. But he also says Nintendo may stockpile hardware for a worldwide launch in September.
Pachter echoes IGN’s belief that production of the new hardware will begin this October at Foxconn, with an estimation that Nintendo could produce about one million consoles per month.
Lastly, he thinks the Vitality Sensor is dead. This contradicts previous speculation, but we’re closing in on E3, so if it’s alive I’m sure we’ll hear more about it soon.
3.- Adam Sessler of G4TV has said in an interview that Nintendo’s new home console is the top thing he wants to see at E3. But what he says next is more interesting:
I’ve been pontificating on what they’re going to do with it and I definitely believe that this is not a successor to the Wii. It’s probably closer to a successor to the GameCube, to kind of get to that core audience that Nintendo kind of lost with the Wii.
…and this leads into a thought we’ve heard before, with Sessler saying “I don’t think it’s there to replace the Wii. I think it’s yet another pillar in Nintendo’s arsenal.”
I think it is possible that Project Café will be a very successful console, but I don't see it as another pillar in Nintendo's Arsenal, or at least not as much as the Wii was.
4.- Finally, and this is not related to Project Café, but I'm saying this because it's so damn funny! I'm lolling for this so very hard!

Noticias Nuevas - Nintendo Stream
1.- Emily Rogers muchos rumores que han resultado ser fakes, muy faalsos. Y ahora lo vuelve a intentar, pero no os creáis nada, es todo mentira.
Así que, para echarnos unas risas, ésto es lo que sus "fuentes" le dicen sobre E3…
- Habrá más de 20 juegos en la planta para probarlos.
- Pikmin 3 está garantizado el estar allí y es jugable.
- Soul Calibur 5 es un juego de lanzamiento.
- Ubisoft planea 3 Juegos el día del lanzamiento.
- Nintendo quiere comenzar con un gran shooter en primera persona.
- Smash Bros. está en desarrollo, pero en un equipo diferente.
- Rockstar trabaja en algo para la consola, pero puede que no salga en E3.
- No habrá un hard drive.
- Nintendo ha mejorado sus servicios online significantemente.
El problema es que de estos rumores hay un montón, así que no os los creáis, porque lo único que van a hacer es subir vuestras expectativas hasta niveles insanos.
Pero el día del juicio está al llegar, así que nos enteraremos de todo dentro de menos de una semana. Ah, Dios, la que se me viene encima, con la de noticias que habrá.
Por cierto, la Rogers ha dicho que si resulta que los rumores son falsos, no volverá a escribir. No me parece muy relevante el que vaya a escribir chorradas o no.
2.- Michael Pachter cree que el Proyecto Café será lanzado en Abril de 2,012, aunque también dice que es posible que Nintendo almacene hardware hasta Septiembre 2,012 para un lanzamiento internacional.
Pachter también cree, como IGN, que la producción de la consola comenzará en Octubre, para tener las unidades listas.
Por último, cree que el sensor de vitalidad está muerto. Pero esperemos unos días, que nos dirán todo.
3.- Adam Sessler de G4TV ha dicho en una entrevista que lo que más ganas tiene de ver, es la nueva consola de Nintendo. Pero añadió:
He estado reflexionando sobre ello, y no creo que la consola sea una sucesora a la Wii. Probablemente sea una sucesora a la GameCube, para recuperar aquellos fans hardcore que perdió Nintendo con la Wii, más familiar.
…y ésto culmina cuando dice “No creo que sea un sucesor de la Wii. Éste proyecto será un pilar en sí mismo de Nintendo.”
¿Lo será? Yo no creo que llegue a ser un pilar tan grande como Wii o GameCube, pero ya se verá.
4.- Finalmente, ya no relacionado con la Nintendo Stream, aquí tenéis una noticia muy decepcionante para los Americanos, es, la verdad, un poco indignante...
Lo que estáis viendo es el bonus que viene con la reserva de Ocarina of Time 3D en América. Un póster de una imagen que vimos hace meses. Mientras que en Grecia, Europa y Australia tienen mucho más.
