Information Update - Nintendo 3DS
1.- Tomita Technologies is suing Nintendo for supposedly infringing on one of their patents. The patent, found here, has many similarities to the technology found in the 3D display for the Nintendo 3DS.

On the surface it doesn’t look too good for Nintendo, and I’m curious to see what they have to say in response. As reported by Shack News though, Tomita is “seeking a trial by jury, and awaits a decision by the court.” So I'm guessing it doesn't sound too good...
2.- Devil Survivor Overclocked is arriving on the Nintendo 3DS in the fall. But in the meantime Atlus has released a new trailer for the game. You can find the game on amazon, if you want to preorder it:
3.- Mega Man Legends 3 is still coming along in development and now five storyboard panels for the game have supposedly been leaked via 4chan.
These could, and I would think they are to be fake, but they may be legit, and at the very least they’re worth a look for their artistic value.
4.- Yesterday it was revealed that Theatrhythm Final Fantasy is coming to the Nintendo 3DS. There’s a rumor that the game is being developed by Jupiter, best known for their work on The World Ends With You.
I still believe the concept not to be very well thought out, but I hope they are able to do something cool with this game...
5.- Nintendo has announced that Urban Champion, an NES game is the next 3D Classic to hit the eShop.
UrbanChampion is a two-player fighting game where your aim is to knock your opponent into a sewer manhole. The 3DS version will support two-player local matches and will be released on July 13th in Japan.
6.- In a recent investor meeting Satoru Iwata has said:
Even Mr. Miyamoto has been asking, “Does anyone have a plan for ‘StreetPass Quest 2′?” for several months, and several departments are currently considering such a possibility.
So we may be getting another cool-looking, and hopefully more intense, StreetPass Quest!

1.- Tomita Technologies demanda a Nitnendo por supuestamente romper una de sus patentes. Dicha patente presenta muchísimas similaritudes con el modelo de 3D de la Nintendo 3DS.
Al parecer, no suena todo muy bien para Nintendo. Y no no entiendo mucho de ésto, pero las ventas podrán bajar rápidamente si se extiende ésto... Un palo más para Nitnendo, desgraciadamente, no tienen suerte este año...
2.- Devil Survivor Overclocked llega a la Nintendo 3DS en octubre, pero mientras tanto Atlus ha lanzado un nuevo tráiler. El juego se puede encontrar en Amazon, y probablemente se pueda reservar en tiendas como GAME:
3.- Mega Man Legends 3 sigue en proceso de desarrollo, pero al parecer avanza, y estas imágenes han sido filtradas por 4chan.
Podrían ser falsas, y creo que lo más probable es que lo sean, pero igualmente, son obrecitas de arte.

Sigo creyendo firmemente que se han equivocado con el concepto del juego...
5.- Nintendo ha anunciado que Urban Champion, un juego de NES, es el próximo 3D Classic en llegar a la eShop.
UrbanChampion es un juego de lucha en el que se intenta tirar al oponente a la alcantarilla. La versión de 3DS soportará multijugador local de 2, y saldrá el 13 de Julio en Japón.
6.- En una reciente meeting de investores, Iwata dijo:
Hasta Mr. Miyamoto ha estado preguntando, “¿Tiene alguien planes para StreetPass Quest 2?” durante muchos meses. Puede ser una posibilidad.
