Information Update - Nintendo 3DS

1.- New details. The underwater sections in Resident Evil: Revelations will allow for full three hundred and sixty degree control swimming and you’ll be able to collect underwater weapons for fighting large and deadly sea monsters.
More After the Break...

A new element introduced in the game is elemental hazards. These are things such as cold climate and freezing that will harm the player.
Story-wise, not much was revealed, but the masked man at the end of the E3 trailer is very important in the game and there’s the possibility of Wesker making an appearance.
More information is still set to be revealed in August.

2.- Nintendo has released a brand new system update for the Nintendo 3DS today. Apparently the system update is purely there to provide system stability improvements.

"System stability improvements and other adjustments: Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.

3.- Here we have some screenplay from the E3 demo of Sonic Generations, for the Nintendo 3DS. In one word, the game looks absolutely stunning...

4.- Mick Hocking, boss of Sony’s 3D gaming division, yet again bashed Nintendo, by telling Eurogamer that he believes that the only way to enjoy 3D is by investing in a ridiculously priced 3D TV and wearing 3D glasses. Clearly he doesn’t own a Nintendo 3DS.

“We’ve also seen with mobile devices, if it’s a mobile device you move relative to your head and it’s got a 3D screen, that will break the 3D effect. It won’t work very well. There’s lots and lots of work going on on auto-stereoscopic screens because people wearing glasses is something extra for them to do to enjoy the content. [...]the only way at the moment to enjoy full high definition 3D is on TVs with the glasses.”

5.- The marketing director of Konami France has told gaming publications that Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D has been delayed until 2012.

Whether this just applies to Europe remains to be seen.

6.- T
he Cosmo Black Nintendo 3DS console is back on sale on Amazon after some reviewing of the item. Good news for both Amazon and consumers.

7.- Club Nintendo members in North America can get an oversized card by redeeming 200 points. If you want to check out a demonstration of Target Shooting using the giant AR card, you can check here for the video.

Noticias Nuevas - Nintendo 3DS

1.- Nuevos detalles.

"System stability improvements and other adjustments: Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.
