1.- Online gaming publication Eurogamer has managed to contact numerous third-party development studios to find out exactly what they think of the Wii U.

The general consensus is overwhelmingly positive, with lots of developers extremely excited about developing for the platform and utilizing the consoles unique tablet controller.
You know what you think of the Wii U. We know what we think of the Wii U. But what do game makers and game publishers, the people charged with actually working with the 2012 home console, think of the Wii U? At E3 this month Eurogamer asked them.
2.- According to the Game Critics Awards Sony’s successor to the PlayStation Portable proved to be more popular with journalists than Nintendo’s Wii U console. The PlayStation Vita managed to obtain the award for best hardware at the E3 2011, whilst the Wii U went away empty-handed.
3.- Both Masachika Kawata, a producer at Capcom and Kenji Matsuura, a game designer at Capcom have expressed interest in bringing Resident Evil coming to the Wii U.
Kawata says that he doesn’t know “Whether or not we actually will develop a Resident Evil title for Wii U,” but that he’d “love to do just that.” He believes the Wii U to be “a very, very interesting piece of hardware.”
Matsuura also elaborated on his interest, explaining that:
As a game designer, when I see Wii U, my first thoughts are: ‘Oh wow, I could do this or that, or what would happen if I try to make a game like X,Y or Z.’ My motivation instantly goes through the roof and I want to try a lot of interesting new things. Nothing’s been decided specifically for Resident Evil but it certainly would be interesting.

1.- La publicación online Eurogamer ha conseguido contactar con varias empresas creadoras de videojuegos para la nueva consola de Nintendo para preguntarles qué piensan de la consola.
El consenso general es increíblemente positivo, con todos destacando el controlador nuevo.

2.- Según Game Critics Awards la sucesora de la PSP de Sony ha sido más popular que la nueva consola de Nintendo, la Wii U. La PlayStation Vita consiguió el premio al mejor hardware en E3 2011, mientras que la Wii U se fue sin nada.
Los Game Critics Awards fueron votados por 25 miembros del media. ¿Creeis que se ha tomado una decisión erronea? Yo creo que sí, porque se ha premiado algo, sólo por el precio, y no por la originalidad ni tecnología que presenta. La PSVita es un iPhone con 2 táctiles. Wow, qué originalidad.

Kawata dice que no sabe “Si llevaremos un juego de Resident Evil a la Wii U, o no,” pero que le encantaría hacerlo. Cree que la Wii Ues una pieza de hardware muy, muy interesante.
