Information Update - Nintendo 3DS


1.- A new set of rumors indicates that three new games for the 3DS will be revealed at TGS. The three rumored games are Fire Emblem, Contra, and Castlevania.

We’ve already heard about a possible Fire Emblem for the 3DS once before and Contra was already confirmed to be coming to the 3DS a long time ago, so that gives at least some credibility to these rumors.


2.- Sony’s Mick Hocking, who manages Sony London Studios recently took the opportunity to chat with Industry Gamers about where the 3D market is headed. Hocking believes that it’s still early days for 3D and that the best is yet to come.

“Looking at the future of 3D, I think we’ve really only just begun to realize its potential as a creative medium. With the combination of 3D and motion control gaming with PlayStation Move, I think titles like Resistance 3 are just scratching the surface of what’s possible.”

3.- Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright will have its own presentation at the Tokyo Game Show. The show will have new information about the game, along with development secrets. 

The event is only for the press but it will be shown to the public on the 17th. Hopefully we will see plenty of glorious gameplay footage of the highly anticipated title and hopefully a release date.


4.- It was teased that Zone of the Enders was coming to the 3DS. Now it’s been revealed that Kojima Productions will be holding a stage show at Tokyo Game Show relating to the series. 

It’s possible they may only talk about the HD remakes of the PS2 games, the stage show would be a perfect way to announce a 3DS version.


5.- Nintendo has released a commercial for the super-fun Kirby Mass Attack on the Nintendo DS. 

The game is scheduled to be released in the United States on September 19th and October 28th in Europe.

1.- Un nuevo recopilatorio de rumores indica que hay tres juegos nuevos viniendo para la Nintendo 3DS, que serán revelados en el Tokyo Game Show. Los tres juegos rumoreados son de las sagas Contra, Fire emblem, y Castlevania.

Ya hemos oído cosas sobre un posible juego de Fire Emblem para Nintendo 3DS y Contra ya fue confirmado como viniendo para 3DS, por lo que es posible.
