Information Update - Nintendo 3DS & PSVita


1.- Japanese gaming publication Famistu has printed its readers twenty-five most wanted games spanning across all platforms.

You’ll notice that the top ten has a large percentage of quality Nintendo related titles such as Mario Kart 7 and Monster Hunter Tri G. Should be a great holiday season for Nintendo in Japan.


Famitsu has posted its weekly most wanted games and strangely enough there’s only one PlayStation Vita title featured in the twenty-five listed games. Persona 4: The Golden sits at number nine whilst surrounded by Nintendo and PlayStation 3 games.

2.- New Mario Kart 7 Screenshots appear on the Nintendo 3DS eShop, giving us information on the Stat System, and confirmation of GBA Bowser Castle 1, as a Retro Track:

3.- GamesRadar is reporting that Sonic Generations has been delayed. The game was set to launch in November, but they’re hearing that it won’t be arriving on the 3DS until early 2012. 

It’s a rumor of course, but with our lack of luck in terms of delays it doesn’t feel too hard to believe this is true.


4.- There’s a lovely new batch of screenshots from Cave Story 3D.


5.- EA’s official media extranet states that Bioware’s Mass Effect 3 will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and “Next Gen” platforms. 

We already know that Bioware and EA have expressed their interest in the Wii U, so it wouldn’t be a complete surprise if we saw the much-loved franchise appear on the console sometime next year.
