1.- Lady Gaga took the iHeartRadio music festival by storm as she performed to a jam-packed show at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
More After the Break...

The Greatest Thing Update.- Before continuing on with the iheart Radio Festival Vids, I found it important to share the news related to this Legendary duet first.

It has been confirmed that "The Greatest Thing" will make its premiere THIS WEEK, before September Ends, so we will have the single in our hands soon. Cher also said "The Greatest Thing" would surpass "Believe", one of her most successful songs.

Watch RedOne talking about the Cher & Lady Gaga duet on "The Greatest Thing":

iHeart Radio.- The singer’s one-hour set included stunning performances of her hits such as “Bad Romance,” “Judas” and “Yoü And I” as well as a surprise appearance by Sting, who joined Gaga on stage to sing “Stand by Me” and “King of Pain.”

Among the highlights of the show was Lady Gaga’s acoustic rendition of “Hair,” which she dedicated to her fan Jamey who committed suicide last week.

“I know you’re up there looking at us, you’re not a victim, you’re a lesson to all of us,” she said. “I know it’s a bit of a downer, but sometimes the right thing’s more important than the music, let’s do this one for Jamey.”

Lady Gaga, at one point in the performance, absolutely RULED the Trending Topics on Twitter, taking 7 Spots out of 10, including the number 1 spot. No-one has ever done that before.
Scheiße, Judas, Bad Romance, Just Dance, LoveGame, Poker Face, Hair, Yoü and I, Hooker Film, Alejandro, Telephone, Paparazzi, Stand By Me Duet with Sting, King of Pain Duet with Sting, The Edge of Glory, Born This Way.

This was the playlist for the show.

Lady Gaga also said, when "Heavy Metal Lover" was played through the speakers during the interlude, that they "Weren't playing it live YET", and that "I'm keeping the best for the end".

"Ladies and gentlemen, Sting!.... I'm just gonna follow him off-stage cuz he's cute."- Lady Gaga at iHeart Radio Fest
Lady Gaga arrived at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas moments ago for her performance at tonight’s iHeartRadio music festival. The singer is set to close the show with a one-hour set which will include new moves, new videos, a surprise duet and more.

Lady Gaga on Jo Calderone: "Who does he think he is going on national television and speaking about my personal life like that? He's a sucker"
Gaga told Elvis Duran backstage that her and Jo Calderone aren't speaking.

All (78) Pictures of the Show.

Born This Way.- There's a new advert for Lady Gaga's New Album, Born This Way:

Duets II has just become Tony Bennett's FIRST No. 1 Album on the Billboard 200 Chart! Congratulations to him, and listen to "The Lady Is a Tramp", the duet with Lady Gaga!

Undoubledly, some of the merit is Gaga's! Tony Bennett's album is estimated to have sold 160-170k copies in its first week.

It's been confirmed that the Music Video for "The Lady is a Tramp" Gaga&Tony Duet will premiere Monday on VEVO.

SCHEIße.- Lady Gaga's 5th single from "Born This Way" is set to be released by the end of this year.

Lady Gaga tweeted the Scheiße lyrics for a second on the 26th again, but she quickly deleted them.

A little confirmation by DJ Guena, famous Dj who already works on Lady Gaga’s Judas remix, said that he’s working on an official remix of “Scheiße” for Lady Gaga.
Lady Gaga's 5th Single off "Born This Way" has been confirmed as Scheiße. Interscope are giving Radio Edits of the song to different stations.

PAWS UP.- Lady Gaga wore a Black Dress, scalloped high plunge back-Blond Hair upset with black flowers and a black veil to meet President Barack Obama.
Pop star Lady Gaga attended a political fundraiser for President Barack Obama in Silicon Valley Sunday evening.

The singer did not perform at the event attended by around 75 guests, but thanked the President for what he has accomplished and asked a question during a Q&A.

Wearing a floor-length sleeveless lacy black dress and sky-high heels, Gaga towered at least two feet taller than the President.

Her hair was gathered in a bouffant up-do, that added about six inches to her stature, and adorned with a black hair piece with a black veil down the back.

The performer took a seat on the centre table at the event held in a tent at the home of Facebook’s chief operating officer Sheyl Sandberg in Atherton California.

According to a source, Gaga asked a question during the Q&A, when she referred to the suicide last weekend of a bullied 14-year-old gay fan of hers.

She thanked the President for what he has accomplished in office and then read from a letter from a fan about the suicide of another fan who had been bullied, reported ABC News.

Gaga praised the President for holding an anti-bullying conference with the First Lady and then made a plea to everyone in the room to do what they can to prevent bullying.

Mr Obama thanked the singer and spoke of his administration’s anti-bullying campaign.

Gaga spoke to the President for around two minutes before the dinner.
The event came midway through a three-day West Coast swing that includes seven fundraisers.

The President will today continue with an event in LA hosted by ‘Modern Family’ star Jesse Tyler Ferguson at the House of Blues in West Hollywood.

Around 1,000 attendees are set to spend $250 each for the speech and concert.
Mr Obama is racing to collect cash ahead of an important Friday quarterly fundraising deadline that will provide a snapshot of the President’s strength against the gelling GOP field.
Mr Obama has been using the events to try out his newly aggressive tone with supporters who have been disappointed with his compromises with the GOP.

The President is mixing frontal attacks on Republicans with words of encouragement intended to buck up the faithful as the 2012 campaign revs up.

Mr Obama said 2012 would be an especially tough election because people are discouraged and disillusioned with government, but he also said he was determined because so much is at stake.

The GOP alternative, Mr Obama said on Sunday, is ‘an approach to government that will fundamentally cripple America in meeting the challenges of the 21st century.’

CHART UPDATE.- You And I is up 4 to #10 on the UK Airplay Chart this week with 1,233 plays & 36.75 million Twitter Impacts.
UK Itunes Update: You And I #38 | The Edge of Glory #45 | Born This Way #85 | The Edge of Glory #113

You And I is up 10 this week to #76 on the UK Radio Chart with 1,175 plays, and over 6 million impacts. 3 other songs by Gaga also appear on the Radio Chart. The Edge of Glory at #28, Born This Way at #57 and Bad Romance at #74.

Poker Face was the #13 best selling song of the 'Noughties' despite only being released in 2009!

Today in the UK, You And I moves up 5 places to #33 on the official chart.

You And I is down 5 to #28 on the UK TV Chart this week with 264 plays. TEOG is also there, but at #82.

2.- It's confirmed: Lady Gaga will release a repackage of 'Born This Way' in the end of this year. The amount of tracks is still unknown.

A repackage of Born This Way with added songs will be released on November 25th. This was apparently confirmed by Universal, and is our first hint at a "The Fame Monster"-esque Album.

It’s only been four months since the release of Lady Gaga’s latest album Born This Way, but the singer is already back in the studio planning a follow-up to the multi-platinum record. “I’m actually working on my next album,” she said during an interview with Ryan Seacrest.

There’s even better news: Gaga’s manager Troy Carter has revealed that he would be more than happy to give away the new album:

“What we’re looking to do is not just about selling the CD or the digital file. It’s how many people can we get the music to. How many people can experience it?” he said at the Facebook conference last week. “If it was up to me, I’d give away the next album and put it on every handset that I can put it on, to get that scale. You can’t be scared to fail. Sometimes we’re going to get big results, and sometimes you learn a lesson, make an adjustment and move on.”

However, Gaga has no plans to release new music anytime soon – there’s still lots of exciting things in store for Born This Way, among which is the upcoming worldwide tour. During the Born This Way Ball, the performer plans to play multiple shows in North America, Europe and Australia, as well as visit Brazil, Indonesia and India for the first time.

“Planning the next tour keeps me very excited and busy because I have lots of new ideas, and I know exactly how I want it to look,” she told Seacrest. “I have lots of thing to do, but in truth, I feel like I’m the most alive when I’m on stage.”

And, there’s another Lady Gaga surprise on the way: the singer is readying a music video for her next single, set to be released by the end of the year. This will be the fifth release from Born This Way, which has shifted an impressive 7 million copies worldwide so far.

3.- The United States Postal Service announced this week that it was tossing out its rule that that stamps can only feature dead individuals and is asking the public for suggestions on who should become the first living person to receive the honor.

And Lady Gaga is in the running! The singer, who won more than 100 awards in just three years and was named the world’s most powerful celebrity by TIME and Forbes, is among popular candidates on USPS’s Facebook page as well as the readers’ poll on MSNBC. Other nominees include Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Bob Dylan and Mark Zuckerberg.

“Having really nice, relevant, interesting, fun stamps might make a difference in people’s decisions to mail a letter,” Stamp Services manager Stephen Kearney said in a statement. Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe added: “This change will enable us to pay tribute to individuals for their achievements while they are still alive to enjoy the honor.”

Do you think Lady Gaga deserves to be honored on American stamps? If so, be sure to send your thoughts and suggestions to USPS via Facebook or Twitter.

Over $4,000,000 was donated by Lady Gaga during The Monster Ball Tour. Each night she performed, a percentage was given to charity.

4.- This guy's just so incredible. He has made full piano versions of Lady Gaga's Born This Way Album, and they are beautiful.
Perhaps they need a little less intensity at some parts, but it's amazing anyway.

And I thought I was cool for being able to play 3 of them on piano! ;)

Lady Gaga's duet with @Cher is now expected to be released during the first week of October.

Lady Gaga has been nominated to "Hero of the Year", by the UK Gay Rights Club Stonewall. The Stonewall awards will take place on the 3rd of November at the V&A in London.

Tony Bennett's album: Duets II enters the Official UK Album Chart at #5 this week.

It was confirmed a while ago that the Born This Way Ball Tour Dates, and the name, will both be announced in October, next month, for the first leg of the tour.

CURIOUS: Lady Gaga attended Taylor Kinney's grandfathers funeral in Lancaster County last Tuesday.

5.- Lady Gaga wants to meet with the President so that we can make bullying illegal in our country. Fourteen-year-old Jamey Rodemeyer was buried yesterday after committing suicide because of bullying. The Daily Mail reports,

More than 500 people gathered yesterday for the funeral of a gay 14-year-old who took his own life after becoming the target of bullying both at school and online.

Jamey Rodemeyer, from Buffalo, New York, blogged about being suicidal and thanked Lady Gaga before committing suicide last Sunday.

Information Update - Lady GaGa
