Information Update - Nintendo 3DS


1.- Ever since the Nintendo 3DS was first announced there have been numerous rumours and hints suggesting that a new title of the immensely popular Monster Hunter franchise is coming to the 3DS.

Capcom have declined to confirm whether or not the franchise is coming to the console but recent words from Capcom’s David Reeves imply that Monster Hunter could be coming to both PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS.

“I think down the road, you could probably see a Monster Hunter iteration somewhere. Probably on both of them.”

2.- Mobile developer Gameloft has disclosed that it has seventeen 3D games planned for mobile devices. These games aren’t simply disposable mini games but are relevant titles such as Assassins Creed and Avatar all developed in 3D without the need for glasses. 

With more mobile developers and handset manufactures starting to produce glasses-free 3D, and offering games at an extremely cheap price point, Nintendo should reconsider their software pricing.

3.- The chances of winning this great, great Nintendo 3DS Special System are pretty slim, but if you fancy grabbing yourself a limited edition Onyx Black Nintendo 3DS adorned with custom artwork from Heroes Of Ruin then you’ll need to fill in an entry form by July 31st. 

You can bet that these will be worth tons. So even if you’ve got a Nintendo 3DS it’s still worth entering if you wish to be the envy of all your friends.


4.- Nintendo are inviting legions of fans to test out their upcoming attractions for the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii at this years Comic Con event. The games on offer at the Nintendo booth include The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Super Mario 3D and Mario Kart 3D. 

So if you fancy sampling some of these sure-to-be classics then head to Comic Con at the San Diego Ballroom between July 21-24th.

1.- Desde que la Nintendo 3DS fue anunciada, desde el primer momento hubo ya rumores y deseos sobre la llegada de un nuevo Monster Hunter, para la consola. 

Capcom no han confirmado el que Monster Hunter llegue a la consola, pero las más recientes palabras de David Reeves, de Capcom implícitamente indican que Monster Hunter probablemente vendrá a PlayStation Vita y Nintendo 3DS.

2.- Gameloft, desarrollador de juegos portátiles ha dicho que tiene 17 juegos en 3D sin gafas paradispositivos móviles. Estos juegos no son simples minijuegos desechables, sino juegazos como Assassins Creed y Avatar todos desarrollados en 3D sin necesidad de gafas. 

Con cada vez más empresas desarrollando videojuegos baratos para móviles en 3D, Nintendo se tendrá que replantear el precio de su software...

3.- La posibilidad de ganar esta increíblemente bonita, de edición limitada, Onyx Black Nintendo 3DS adornada con arte de la saga Heroes Of Ruin, es bastante pequeña, pro si la queréis lograr tenéis que rellenar una entry form para el 21 de Julio. 

Van a valer una millonada. Así que aunque tengáis una 3DS (como yo) entrad, para fardar luego con los amigos.

4.- Nintendo esá invitando a legiones de jugadores de Nintendo 3DS y Wii al evento en Comic Con. Los juegos del Booth the Nintendo incluyen The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Super Mario 3D y Mario Kart 3D.
