1.- Satoru Iwata has confirmed that paid downloadable content is coming to the 3DS before the end of the year. He made it clear that they are “interested in the possibility of extending the life of games through added stages and other features that players want.”

But they’re not interested in “pursuing certain types of low quality paid download content opportunities,” so expect any downloadable content from Nintendo to have substance to it. It sounds like there won’t be restrictions for third party developers though.


2.- An email from a Nintendo representative has seemingly revealed two more GBA games that early adopters of the Nintendo 3DS will be able to download for free before the end of the year. The games listed are:

• Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3
• Kirby & the Amazing Mirror

3.- Nintendo UK has announced that Pac-Man will be gracing the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console on Thursday. According to the press release the game will retail for four euros. 

Available for the first time to Nintendo 3DS owners via the Nintendo eShop, Pac-Man’s got the munchies and it is just up to you to avoid being picked off by one of the ghosts before you can clear the level as this Game Boy classic arrives this Thursday on Virtual console for Nintendo 3DS.

4.- If you want access to the twenty free games given to early adopters, then you may want to purchase the 3DS from Amazon. They’ve lowered the price on their regular listings of the handheld. At the moment, you can:

1.- Satoru Iwata ha confirmado que contenido descargable de pago vendrá a la Nintendo 3DS antes de que acabe el año. Dejó claro que estaban "interesados en la posibilidad de expandir la vida del juego por medio de niveles descargables.” 

Pero no están interesados en “perseguir oportunidades de proporcionar contenido de pago de baja calidad,” así que esperad que el contenido de Nintendo sea bueno.

2.- Un email de un representante de Nintendo ha revelado dos juegos de GBA más que los compradores tempranos podrán descargar gratuitamente:
