1.- Ubisoft has unleashed a wealth of stunning Assassin’s Creed 3 screenshots which show off the game’s gorgeous new engine. Assassin’s Creed 3 is coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U. As there’s currently no specific release date for Wii U, we should hopefully expect to see Assassin’s Creed 3 around launch.

More After the Break...
Vigil Games, the development team behind the long-awaited Darksiders 2, has revealed to Digital Spy that the game is still firmly on track to launch alongside the Wii U when it launches sometime after June this year. Darksiders 2 lead designer Hayden Dalton also spoke about the benefits the Wii U controller will have when switching items. Here’s what Dalton had to say about the game:
Disney has released the first footage of the highly anticipated Epic Mickey: The Power of Two. The game, which was announced yesterday by producer Warren Spector, is due to come out for not just Wii, but also Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game is currently scheduled to be released in the Fall, so just in time for the holiday season.
Disney has unveiled the super-cute Epic Mickey: the Power of Two box-art for the Xbox 360. I’m guessing it will feature exactly the same artwork on the forthcoming Wii version. Epic Mickey: The Power of Two was revealed yesterday by producer Warren Spector, and there should be a first-look trailer airing later tonight on GTTV.

Lead designer Hayden Dalton has said that the action-adventure sequel will be available “day one” on Nintendo’s new console when it launches.
“That’s been very interesting to see what those guys are doing, and they’re making efforts to make sure we do use it in more than a slapdash way.
“It’s basically the core game, but then with added abilities to do certain things that you can’t do on the other consoles.”
“One of the things that we did, when we were originally going to show it off, was that you could equip stuff directly. So, for instance, I could be running along and I could click on another piece and I could put it on as I’m running through the game,” he revealed.
“That’s huge, it’s not breaking up the game in a way, I’m not going into a menu and assigning it, I’m literally just tapping as I’m playing.”
“We’re not basically heavily changing the core game to support the control system, but the control system will be an enhancement of the core game.”
